Needs assessment data indicate a strong demand for enhanced career awareness and job training support among both students and parents. Twenty-five percent of students identified career development as a priority program, while 57% of parents expressed a need for expanded opportunities in this area. This presents an opportunity for the Mexico team to expand and strengthen existing initiatives to better support students in their career readiness.
Additionally, the data highlighted a potential gap in adult-focused support services, particularly in the areas of parenting classes, childcare, and mental health services. Survey responses from both parents and staff emphasized the importance of these resources in meeting community needs. Expanding support in these areas could enhance overall family and community well-being, fostering a more comprehensive network of services for both students and adults.
