Kamryn Biliter
PRI Place-Based Communications Intern
Meet Ella Harris — a cheerful, mindful, and kind soul who has been shining on our communications team with her creativity and positive energy! A Social Work major at Lincoln Memorial University, Ella brings confidence to her role—always ready to try something new, snap a great photo, and seek new opportunities.

Throughout her internship, Ella has enjoyed attending special events and capturing them with a camera. Whether it’s taking great photos, composing blog posts, or storytelling, Ella approaches each task with eagerness. She says, “This internship is helping me be more outgoing,” and she loves watching APPC2C team members in action—gaining wisdom and inspiration along the way.
Her favorite moment so far? “Being a photographer,” she said. Whether she’s behind the camera or brainstorming new ideas, Ella is constantly bringing creativity and passion to the table.
Outside of her internship, Ella loves reading, swimming, tanning, hanging out with friends, and walking her dogs. She is deeply passionate about her relationship with God and lives by the belief that “everything happens for a reason.”
While Ella is still figuring out her exact career path, she is certain of one thing—she wants to travel. In fact, she’s currently preparing for a six-month trip to Sweden and hopes to continue exploring the world long after her return.
Ella’s fun personality, leadership, and positivity have made her stand out as an intern—and it’s clear she is destined for greatness.
When asked to describe her internship experience in one sentence, she said it best:
“Fun and inspirational.”
