Sabrina Cross was recognized as “staff member of the month” at Central Elementary School in Knox County, Kentucky, for the month of October.
“I am honored to serve as the FSCS School Coordinator for Partners for Rural Impact at Central Elementary, dedicated to advancing the success of all Appalachian students,” Cross said. “I feel fortunate to be part of an exceptional school and grant that collaborates to ensure the well-being, safety, and support of its staff, students, and families.”
Cross uses data-informed services to move her work forward: All students at CES have received a STEM, wellness, and literacy workshop, and 165 families have attended one or more Family Engagement activities.
